Refund policy
As we sell many different products, our returns policy varies product to product. Please read below carefully when making a purchase.
For Standard Items (i.e. those with no colour or text customisation)
Standard items are those with no customisation. Customisations apply to colour and/or text.
Standard items have a 30 day return policy (which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return)
Your item must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in their unopened original packaging. Return shipping expenses are at the customers expense and will not be covered by Sage & Sprout.

For Custom/Customised Items:
Customised orders are non-refundable for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully. If you are unsure about something regarding a custom/customised item, please contact us at hello@sageandsprout.com.au before you place your order to avoid disappointment - we are always here to chat!
Damaged Goods:
Despite our layers of protective packaging, sometimes packages or specific items are damaged in transit. While we can't control how packages are handled throughout delivery, we are sensitive to issues that may arise and we are here to help. Please email hello@sageandsprout.com.au within 5 days of receiving your package if this happens to you, and be sure to include photo evidence of damage.
