Processing Time
All products are made to order. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days before delivery dispatch, however this is subject to change week to week depending on the volume of orders pending.

Shipping Times

We offer Standard or Express shipping options via Australia Post. Selecting Express shipping only speeds up your delivery timeframe, not the processing time. 

Standard Shipping is between 5-7 business days (pending your location).
Express Shipping is between 1-3 business days (pending your location). 
Please refer to Australia Post's website for more accurate delivery information as the above is a guide, and delivery timeframes are ultimately dictated by Australia Post. Please note, seasonal times of year (particularly Christmas and New Year) there will likely be postage delays via Australia Post. This is out of our control. 

Sage & Sprout cannot be held responsible for postage delays once your order has left our premises. We are able to track every parcel (and we also provide this tracking to you once dispatched), but if you are concerned about your delivery please contact us at hello@sageandsprout.com.au for an update.
