While acrylic is a long lasting material, it can be fragile and scratch easily if not cared for properly.

Avoid bumps against other objects as it may cause your item to chip or break.

If your name sign needs to be cleaned to remove dust, we recommend using a damp microfibre cloth to gently wipe the acrylic. Do not use harsh chemicals or bristles as it can cause acrylic to disfigure, cloud, or change colour. Do not submerge in water as it may impact the adhesive between layers.

While we take care to remove very sharp elements in our designs, some of the decorative elements on your piece may contain somewhat sharp edges or corners, and we strongly advise that they are kept out of reach of children.
