Item measures at approx 15cm diameter, and made from 3mm birch wood with surname layered on top in acrylic.

Please do not fill in details using thick markers as the ink will bleed into the wood grain - we recommend a fine tip or felt tip pen, and it is best to test the pen on the reverse side beforehand.

As some surnames are longer than others, design elements may need to be moved around differently to the sample image in product listing, to make best use of the available space on plaque.
You will receive an artwork proof via email within 2 business days of purchasing your plaque before we cut and dispatch your item. This allows you to make changes, as we will not proceed with manufacture until you have confirmed that you are happy to proceed.

While acrylic and wood are a long lasting materials, they can be fragile and scratch easily if not cared for properly.
Avoid bumps against other objects as it may cause your item to chip or break.
If your item needs to be cleaned to remove dust or residue, we recommend using a damp microfibre cloth to gently wipe it. Try to avoid rubbing any infilled paint areas. Do not use harsh chemicals or bristles as it can cause acrylic/wood to disfigure, cloud, or change colour, and could cause the paint in text to dissolve/disintegrate. Do not submerge in water.
