While acrylic and wood are a long lasting materials, they can be fragile and scratch easily if not cared for properly.

Avoid hard bumps against other objects as it may cause your item to chip or break - we have double layered these bag tags to make them a little more sturdy than our usual items, however they ultimately still an acrylic material and can only withstand so much.

If your item needs to be cleaned to remove dust or residue, we recommend using a damp microfibre cloth to gently wipe it. Do not use harsh chemicals or bristles as it can cause acrylic/wood to disfigure, cloud, or change colour. Do not submerge in water.

Our Bag Tags are primarily used on preschool, school and baby bags, but many customers use them on their own bags/backpacks/carry on luggage when travelling. It is NOT recommended to use these bag tags on checked luggage as they are highly likely to be damaged by baggage handlers as acrylic is a fragile material.
